What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can run end-to-end operations, optimize workflows, manage inventory and suppliers, and grow customer satisfaction through proactive service and strong team supervision.

I’m a results-driven Operations and Management Professional with over 5 years’ experience across retail, hospitality, and travel. I’m known for team leadership, workflow optimization, and inventory control that translate into better customer outcomes.

In my current Business Manager role (UDGOON Collection), I manage end-to-end boutique operations—aligning inventory selection with seasonal trends, driving personalized customer engagement, and delivering consistent monthly sales growth. I also handle daily bookkeeping, cash flow management, and budget allocation for new stock procurement.

Previously, I managed retail store operations at MINGJIA Curtain Company and both front-of-house and back-of-house operations at AMORE RESTURANT, where I resolved customer concerns quickly and optimized staff workflows during peak hours. Alongside hands-on leadership, I’m currently pursuing Introduction to Psychology (Coursera) to deepen my expertise in organizational behavior and conflict resolution.
