At Gravity Tech, I supported business users and technology operations, progressing from IT Support Intern to Desktop Engineer. I investigated technical and operational issues, identified recurring problems and root causes, and applied structured problem-solving to improve support processes.

I used Excel and data-oriented reporting to organize information, track issues, maintain records, and support operational decision-making. With Jira and IT service management processes, I documented incidents, tracked requests, and prioritized issues.

I worked with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, endpoint systems, MFA, and access controls. I also collaborated with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand needs, communicate findings, and implement practical solutions.

In graduate coursework, I used Python, R, SQL, and Excel to prepare and analyze datasets, and created Power BI dashboards to communicate findings. I’m pursuing a DBA in Artificial Intelligence and am interested in using AI and data to improve healthcare workflows, operational processes, and user experiences.
