I’m looking for a role where I can partner with stakeholders, define meaningful KPIs, and deliver reliable insights through clean data and interactive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau, Python/R). I want to improve operational performance and support strategic decisions.

I’m a data analyst with 3+ years of experience leveraging data to drive business insights, improve operational performance, and support strategic decision making. I bring proven expertise in data cleaning, exploratory analysis, and turning complex results into clear, actionable views.

In my recent role, I led stakeholder discovery sessions across 3+ departments to define research objectives, KPIs, and data requirements—improving alignment across multi-department initiatives. I collected, cleaned, and validated datasets using R, Excel, and Power BI to ensure high data integrity.

I build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau so stakeholders can interpret complex datasets quickly. I also standardized data validation and documentation practices to improve data quality, reproducibility, and stakeholder confidence.

Before that, I strengthened operational reporting by analyzing ServiceNow data, building KPI dashboards for ticket volume and resolution time, and resolving 20+ weekly support tickets.
