What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to build a career in financial services and operations, with exposure to compliance and financial crime operations while continuing to develop my KYB/AML and financial analysis knowledge.

I supported UK customers at Amazon through an international voice process, resolving service issues in a fast-paced environment with clear, professional communication.

I followed defined processes, quality standards, escalation procedures, and customer-service guidelines while managing different customer requests. My experience has strengthened my customer handling, problem-solving, query resolution, and process-adherence skills.

I'm currently pursuing a B.Com (Hons) at Delhi University and preparing for the CFA Level I May 2027 attempt. I'm building my knowledge of financial services, compliance, KYB/AML concepts, and basic financial and business analysis through continued learning in Excel and Power BI.

Outside my professional development, I'm a national-level gold medalist in karate and have earned recognition in sports and public speaking.
