I’m an inspired customer service professional with two years of experience specializing in retail, communication, and strong client relations. I joined Amazon in April 2023 as a customer service representative, first supporting the international chat process for the UK region (Retail).
Because of good performance, I was moved to the Amazon BO (Vat+student) team and worked as a BO associate, then later returned to the UK retail chat process. I bring excellent English written and verbal communication, the ability to work in high-pressure situations, confident decision-making, and compatibility with 24x7 shifts—so I can consistently help customers and grow in the organization. I also completed my BBA with an A grade.
