I’m an entry-level Technical Support Engineer and BCA graduate who blends backend debugging skills with a strong support mindset. I enjoy analyzing system bugs, interpreting technical documentation, and communicating clearly to help users resolve issues quickly.

In my recent work, I’ve focused on troubleshooting and fixing data inconsistencies across platform systems, collaborating with developers to report internal software bugs and application crashes. I’ve maintained zero-defect data configurations while working with advanced mapping suites, keeping system integrity aligned with standard metadata definitions.

I also build and support web and API features—developing backend RESTful APIs, validating endpoint routing behavior, and diagnosing authentication, permissions, and CORS issues between application tiers. I’m eager to bring my Python/Django/SQL background and root-cause approach into an impactful Technical Support role that maximizes platform uptime and improves incident resolution speed.
