At Eight Eleven Group, LLC, I managed Federal, SLED, and commercial proposal responses, submitting 185+ proposals with a 46% average quarterly win rate. I developed reusable content processes and led internal color team reviews to support compliant, on-time submissions.
At IronStride Solutions, I led, captured, and won over $8 million in transportation engineering proposals. On a Colorado Department of Transportation pursuit, I used historical bid data to forecast release windows and coordinated early reviewer engagement and subcontractor teaming.
Earlier, at BDO USA, LLC, I calculated R&D tax credits and built Excel models; at Fishbeck, I developed AEC proposals and company-wide templates. At Micro Kickboard USA, I deployed a CRM system and researched prospects in new markets.
