What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can run program-level projects end-to-end—aligning roadmaps to strategy, managing risks and dependencies, and partnering cross-functionally while communicating clear outcomes to executives.

I’m a results-driven Project Manager II with experience leading multiple, interrelated initiatives across technology and business teams. I align projects to strategic objectives, manage cross-functional dependencies, and communicate program-level outcomes to executive stakeholders.

At Worldpay, I lead concurrent interdependent projects within broader technology initiatives, partnering across product, engineering, operations, finance, and business teams to translate strategy into executable roadmaps. I manage program schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies while establishing governance such as status reporting, steering meetings, and risk reviews to support informed decisions.

I also manage end-to-end implementation projects, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and driving timely delivery through planning, documentation, risk mitigation, and issue escalation. I conduct needs assessments, tailor implementation plans to customer requirements, and run post-implementation reviews to improve delivery predictability and outcomes.

Earlier in my career, I led mid-market SaaS implementations and supported teams through daily problem-solving, client status reporting, and coordination with technical and operations resources. I began as a Bilingual Team Lead in customer service, where I supported cases in Salesforce, analyzed KPIs, coached advisors, and ensured strong performance and compliance.
