I bridge the gap between European innovation and Asian markets — combining native Mandarin fluency, 6+ years of international commercial experience, and a data-driven approach to partnership development and business growth.

My career spans global matrix enterprises (Ericsson) and early-stage startups (Coly, UBI Global), where I've built CRM systems from scratch, managed multi-stakeholder pipelines across time zones, and translated complex operational environments into actionable commercial strategies. At UBI Global, I led outreach to 100+ international partners, building the pipeline infrastructure and stakeholder relationships that secured a key strategic partnership. At Ericsson, I supported AI transformation initiatives and coordinated cross-border programmes across teams in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

What sets me apart is the combination: analytical rigour from years in BI and revenue operations, cross-cultural fluency from working across China, the US, Poland, the UK, and Sweden, and the ability to operate autonomously in distributed, international environments.

I'm currently based in Sardinia, Italy, open to fully remote roles globally — particularly where bridging European and Asian markets, building partnership ecosystems from scratch, or bringing structure to commercial operations creates real value.
