What I'm looking for

I’m focused on recruitment and talent roles that blend people skills with structure—improving processes, coordinating efficiently, and communicating clearly, while growing my data and analysis confidence through the Google Data Analytics Certificate.

I’m a psychology graduate with experience in HR, recruitment, and 8+ years in a highly precise technical role. I’m currently focused on recruitment and talent related roles that combine people skills, structure, and process improvement.

The unusual combination of psychology and technology taught me to work well with both people and systems—especially when it comes to clear communication, coordination, efficient processes, and multitasking. I’m also completing the Google Data Analytics Certificate to become more confident in data and analysis.

In HR, I supported end-to-end recruitment for store roles, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and communication with managers. I also sourced software engineers and other technical specialists, built and maintained candidate databases (primarily via LinkedIn), and delivered structured candidate notes to hiring managers.
