Sona Hajtolova

I’m an International Business BBA graduate with experience across talent acquisition, business development, digital content and social media in international environments.

Currently, I work as a Web Content Specialist at Information Planet, an international education and study-abroad agency. I manage and update website content through a CMS, support the company’s social media activities, create and edit digital content, and use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve content workflows. I also perform website quality checks and represent the company at student-focused events, presenting international study, language and university opportunities.

Previously, I gained hands-on Talent Acquisition experience at Criteo, supporting end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and Data roles. I sourced candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases, screened CVs, conducted structured interviews, collaborated with hiring managers, coordinated interviews and supported offer and pre-onboarding processes using Workday.

I also have business development experience from Europe Language Jobs, where I worked with international employers hiring multilingual talent across European markets. My responsibilities included market and company research, outbound prospecting, client communication, CRM management and supporting recruitment advertising solutions.

Having studied and worked internationally, I enjoy multicultural environments and roles that combine communication, creativity, relationship building, organization and problem-solving. I’m particularly interested in fully remote opportunities across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Customer Success, Business Development, Operations, Digital Content and Social Media.

I’m fluent in English, Slovak and Czech, with conversational Spanish. I’m comfortable working independently, collaborating with international teams and adapting quickly to new tools and environments. I’m looking to continue building my career in an international, remote-first company where I can contribute across teams and continue developing professionally.
