What I'm looking for

I seek a role combining talent acquisition and data-driven HR, where I can apply ATS/sourcing skills, SPSS analysis, and grow toward HR analytics or technical testing.

I am a master's student in psychology with hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, combining academic training with practical ATS management and sourcing skills.

At Schneider Electric I managed candidate pipelines in iCIMS, performed screening and scheduling, used LinkedIn Recruiter insights to optimize sourcing, and supported employer branding and job posting activities. I bring strong analytical capabilities demonstrated through university work with SPSS, including frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation, t-tests and ANOVA.

I am independently learning JavaScript (freeCodeCamp) and Python (Udemy) to bridge psychology, data analysis and technology, and I plan to pursue ISTQB certification to broaden my software testing knowledge.
