What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a fully remote role in project, program, office, or operations management. I bring experience coordinating projects, vendors, budgets, schedules, and daily operations while solving problems and improving processes. I’m looking for a collaborative, inclusive workplace where I can contribute, grow, and create meaningful impact.

At Glennwood Custom Builders, I manage end-to-end coordination for concurrent residential construction projects, covering vendor communication, permitting, compliance inspections, budgets, invoices, and closeout documentation.

I serve as a liaison among contractors, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders, while improving workflows, tracking milestones, and resolving issues across active builds.

Previously at Chase Middle School, I led district curriculum, literacy intervention, and professional development initiatives. I coordinated MTSS and school improvement teams, analyzed performance KPIs, and planned workshops for 40+ faculty members.

Earlier, I managed administrative operations, reporting, invoicing, vendor relationships, and marketing campaigns at All K Scruggs Heating & Air Conditioning. I bring 10+ years of project leadership across construction, education, and operations.
