What I'm looking for

I'm transitioning into customer service, user support, and customer relationship operations, where I can help customers through digital channels and support organized service processes.

At Eduarda Oliveira / ME Digital, I support prospective clients through digital channels, answer questions about services and contracting, and track each contact. I also help organize CRM stages, service scripts, and guidance materials.

Previously, at Nathy Corassini, I handled consultative customer interactions through WhatsApp, phone, and Google Meet, while updating CRM records and following up with contacts. In independent digital sales, I served customers over WhatsApp and accumulated more than R$ 350,000 in sales.
