What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support, customer experience, or client relations role where I can resolve complex cases, support customers across digital channels, and work closely with internal teams.

I've supported high-volume e-commerce customers at Perfumistta, managing more than 100 daily interactions through WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and Reclame Aqui. I resolved pre- and post-sales issues involving orders, exchanges, returns, refunds, shipping delays, and damaged products.

I'm currently managing client relationships and consultative sales at ReVive Assessoria, from lead qualification and onboarding through contracts and ongoing follow-up. I coordinate sensitive cases with legal, administrative, and audit teams in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
