At Alconost, I scope, quote, and independently manage simultaneous human translation and MTPE projects for enterprise, software, gaming, blockchain, and gambling clients. I coordinate cross-time-zone linguist teams and launch locales exceeding 50,000 words per language.
I've built my localization practice through hands-on translation, LQA/QA, vendor management, and continuous pipeline delivery. My work spans UI, websites, apps, games, marketing materials, cultural adaptation, AI training data, and SLA-driven workflows using Crowdin, MemoQ, Phrase, Xbench, and Verifika.
