I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can use my experience in service, inventory/order work, and call support to solve problems quickly, de-escalate confidently, and keep customer care at the center of every shift.

I’m a driven customer service worker with 8 years of experience assisting customers, stocking shelves, managing inventory, and fulfilling customer orders. In fast-paced settings, I answer questions, solve problems, and keep orders moving by dispensing and taking care of customer needs.

I also bring leadership and stability from roles like Assistant Manager—opening/closing, stopping theft, managing associates, and counting the register daily. Most recently, as a Phone Banker, I handle credit-card requests (lost or stolen cards, fraud, PIN and servicing issues), de-escalate difficult calls, and consistently prioritize customer care.
