Most recently, as an Insurance Rep at Bain Dental Group, I verified patients’ insurance coverage for validity, calculated remaining deductible amounts, and updated insurance information by contacting patients. I also responded to patient inquiries about insurance coverage, assisted in processing insurance claims, and maintained accurate records to keep information organized and reliable.

Earlier, as a Greeter/Cashier at Spring Brook Farms, I greeted customers, shared information about different tree varieties, and helped guests select the right trees. I managed cash transactions and the cash register, maintained cleanliness and organization in the concession barn, and ensured a positive, friendly guest experience from start to finish.
