What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in the insurance field by using my customer care and sales experience, supporting policy service end-to-end, and continuously learning—especially as I work toward my life & health license—while delivering excellent customer service.

I’m an insurance professional committed to providing the best customer service while using the skills I’ve built to keep learning in the insurance field. At a State Farm Agency, I answer phone calls from current insureds and prospects, take detailed notes, set tasks as needed, and support sales and service for auto and fire policies.

I also manage ECRM tasks, BOD, payments, sales leads, and referral/review requests—using the provided computer applications and resources to better assist customers with their needs. I stay current with license requirements and help ensure smooth interactions around policy service and sales.

Before insurance, I worked as a Member Service Representative at Ent Credit Union (now Wings), handling cash transactions, deposits/withdraws, check deposits/cashing, and fraud-related activity, while following banking laws and regulations including BSA. Earlier roles in hospitality and as a Barista/Cashier strengthened my customer-first mindset, attention to detail, and ability to perform in fast-paced environments—I’m now aiming to expand into life & health licensing.
