I'm looking to build scalable people operations, strengthen employee experience, and use workforce analytics and AI-enabled resources to help leaders make better decisions.

At Mission, a CDW Company, I partner with leaders to turn workforce trends and employee feedback into retention and engagement strategies. I also use AI tools to create executive-ready insights and built an internal AI-powered HR knowledge resource for employee self-service.

I've redesigned onboarding to reduce completion time by 40%, from five days to three, while supporting 5–20 new hires each month. My work spans employee relations, investigations, benefits administration, records management, HR inquiries, visa and green-card tracking, and scalable processes during organizational growth.

Previously, I led ADP Workforce Now implementations for organizations with 50–1,000+ employees and supported HR operations, analytics, internal mobility, recruitment, and onboarding across healthcare and HR technology environments.
