At StoneX Group, I lead UX Research and senior product management for a global financial ecosystem, shaping product roadmaps, features, deployment plans, and client-facing communications.

I've built and managed a team of 12 UX Researchers, established scalable quantitative and qualitative research operations, and introduced Product Analytics for behavioral analysis of global platform usage and performance. I also set AI usage practices for UX Research and introduced continuous discovery and Lean UX ways of working across product lines.

Across StoneX, PayEye, MUKU Project, Evenbits, and B2 Impact, I've owned product direction from discovery and value proposition design through requirements, prototyping, delivery, and regulatory releases. My work includes biometric iris-recognition payment solutions, onboarding, account management, transfers, document flows, and web products in finance and automotive.

I'm focused on evidence-based product development, strong cross-functional collaboration, and building teams that turn research, data, and customer needs into market-ready products.
