What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve digital products through product discovery, usability research, customer-journey analysis, and hypothesis validation, particularly in fast-paced fintech environments.

I've led UX and CX research at Alfa Bank across onboarding, lending, personalization, SME banking, and mobile banking, working with both retail and business customers. My work has turned complex customer journeys into clearer product experiences and helped teams validate product hypotheses before development. I also introduced a Friends & Family respondent recruitment process that reduced external recruitment costs by approximately $10K.

At SberBank, I led research for a business mobile banking app that increased NPS by 9 points and Customer Effort Score by 22 points. Across 90+ research projects, I've worked with both qualitative and quantitative methods, trained 50+ product managers, designers, and project managers.
