In my restaurant roles as a server, trainer, and server manager, I trained and mentored new employees on company procedures and customer service standards. I supported front-of-house operations during busy shifts, resolved customer concerns professionally, and helped keep daily operations running smoothly with kitchen and management teams.

I also bring strong reliability and organization from years as a stay-at-home parent and homeschool educator. I managed schedules, coordinated household operations, and solved problems effectively while balancing multiple responsibilities in a structured, fast-moving setting.
