I am a Software Project Manager and Data Analyst with 3+ years of professional experience working across software development, AI, blockchain, Web3, and data-driven projects. I have managed and coordinated 10+ projects in Agile and Scrum environments, working with cross-functional teams across different time zones.

In my previous role as an Assistant Software Project Manager at Solasta Services, I worked on Crypto and NFT blockchain projects, managing project scope, timelines, sprint delivery, stakeholder communication, budgets, risks, and quality. I coordinated developers, blockchain engineers, and designers using tools such as Jira and Trello.

I also worked remotely as a Data Analyst at Revcloud, where I analyzed technology and AI project data, supported data-driven decision-making, coordinated teams across concurrent projects, and helped improve project delivery and team throughput.

My technical background includes Jira, Trello, MS Project, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Excel, Python, data cleaning, statistical analysis, machine learning, and Explainable AI.

I recently completed my M.S. in Information Technology from Quaid-i-Azam University, with research focused on Explainable AI for Agile Task Prioritization and Reprioritization. I am particularly interested in Software Project Management, Data Analytics, AI-driven project delivery, Business Analysis, and digital transformation.
