I’m a Product & UX Designer with four years designing and building for government teams where everything must run locally offline, stay compliant, and ship without outside vendors. I own the full UX process—research, prototyping, and usability testing—then I write the code so what I design is what actually goes live.

At In-Court Technology (Supreme Court of British Columbia), I designed and built four production apps used daily by clerks, judges, and operations staff at the busiest courthouse in the province. I ran user research on every project, using interviews, journey maps, and usability sessions before writing any code.

Working inside strict government constraints, I focused on zero-training adoption in fast-paced courtroom settings. One app won a 2024 Ministry Excellence Award, and I also reduced transcript handling time by 30%, cutting turnaround from two or three days to under 24 hours—while maintaining zero incidents in production.

I bring AI into day-to-day product work, designing experiences that fit real workflows—like an in-house, fully local and offline Secure AI Transcriber that follows policy and privacy requirements out of the box. I’m comfortable moving from prototype to deployed product, including multi-agent setups for research, prototyping, and shipping.
