At OneTrust, I redesign complex compliance workflows for policies, risks, issues, and controls. I transformed exception management into an explicit, traceable product experience and designed an AI-powered policy analysis tool that consolidated a manual multi-tool process into a streamlined flow.

I lead UX strategy for Privacy Notice, partner with product and engineering leadership on roadmap direction, and conduct independent interviews, usability tests, and synthesis to ground product decisions in research.

At Apple, I owned end-to-end design for an internal B2B asset-management platform used by thousands of third-party partners globally. I also designed backend permission systems, onboarding and approval flows, decision-support UX, and prototypes across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS that contributed to a 127% increase in engagement metrics.
