At Conduent Business Services India LLP, I manage release, incident, and change processes for Payments Systems, coordinating releases across development, test, and production environments. I build the release calendar and work with teams to manage risks and deliver application releases on time.
I also support critical production systems, lead post-incident reviews toward root-cause analysis and permanent fixes, and work with resolver groups on service improvements. Earlier, at HCL Technologies and RAMCO SYSTEMS, I supported production databases and worked on DB2 administration, upgrades, backup and recovery, and performance tuning.
