What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build programs end-to-end, run them across teams with data, and use AI as a working tool while driving measurable growth and unit-economics performance.

I’ve run cross-team programs at Outskill, building 5+ dashboards to give leadership a single view of company data and creating business and workshop health metrics to sharpen decisions. I also ran a 14-day Engineer Accelerator from research and curriculum to mentor coordination, and introduced an AI onboarding track for new joiners.

Before that, I scaled growth by lifting LTV 16.4%, driving 25% growth with a sales team, and launching a GenAI program for coders that added over 1 crore in monthly revenue. Earlier, I took campaign ROAS from 3 to 10 in three months (at a 48% CM2 margin) by reworking pricing tiers and campaign strategy.
