I’m an Associate Director of Product at Zeta, where I’ve built the authentication layer, then the risk layer, then the consumer products that run on both—three compounding bets that now contribute ~30% of a $100M+ ARR company’s revenue across 10L customers. I make judgment calls, not consensus calls, and I set up teams so they outlast the person through frameworks, rubrics, and systems that keep operating independently.

In PIXEL Studio, I set strategic direction for HDFC Pixel’s post-issuance platform: defined north star metrics beyond activation, rebuilt onboarding as a trust architecture problem, and moved conversion from 0.1% → 2%. I owned customer health strategy—defining at-risk signals and building support ops and self-serve infrastructure—improving CSAT 55 → 73 and reducing tickets from 21K → 7K/month while protecting recurring revenue.

Across Orcus and ACS, I’ve driven 0-to-1 and real-time platform outcomes: built Orcus from scratch as a durable risk infrastructure moat, scaling to 1M transactions/month at peak and getting HDFC Bank to adopt Orcus as its primary risk layer. I also initiated and deployed an internal agent for PM workflows, with the belief that AI multiplies PM output only when it operates within defined scope—not as a general-purpose tool.
