What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply strategy, analytics, and transformation leadership to complex business challenges, partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable operational and institutional improvement.

I've delivered strategy and transformation work for AIIB, Wells Fargo, and NatWest Bank, using research, analytics, and stakeholder engagement to improve institutional and operational outcomes.

At AIIB, I benchmarked 22 organizations across technology, media, telecommunications, finance, and multilateral sectors. I synthesized qualitative and quantitative evidence, facilitated senior-management workshops, and presented recommendations on organizational design and long-term planning.

At Wells Fargo and NatWest, I built Power BI that improved executive decision-making, replaced manual work, and cleared operational backlogs. I also helped protect £500K in revenue through root-cause analysis and a cross-functional technical fix.
