At UBS, I lead transformation initiatives that simplify operations, automate workflows, and give stakeholders clearer visibility into delivery. I built SharePoint and Power BI solutions, developed interactive KPI dashboards, and partnered on an ESG Market Sentiment Model.

I redesigned access monitoring into an automated self-service model, reducing three FTEs of manual effort and supporting relocation from Poland to India. I also assess modern tools including Databricks, Alteryx, and Power BI to replace manual workflows.

Previously at UBS, I led vendor consolidation and insourcing initiatives for 100+ FTEs, improving cost efficiency, operational transparency, and stakeholder satisfaction. At J.P. Morgan, I led data-quality governance and instrument reference data work across asset classes, platform migrations, controls, and vendor relationships.

Across 14 years in financial services, I've turned strategy into execution through process improvement, cross-functional delivery, risk management, and global stakeholder partnerships across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
