I’m looking for a remote role where I can own quality for software and AI—reviewing outputs against requirements, running functional/regression/UAT, documenting issues, and partnering with developers to deliver safe, consistent results.

I’m a Quality Control-focused IT Project Manager and Product Owner with 10+ years of experience across software support, testing, quality assurance, business analysis, and digital product delivery. I review software, AI, and business-process outputs against requirements, business rules, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria—spotting incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, or inconsistent behavior and turning findings into clear, prioritized improvements.

I test AI chatbots and voice agents in realistic, unexpected, negative, and edge-case scenarios, evaluating accuracy, helpfulness, clarity, naturalness, consistency, safety, and task completion. I document recurring error patterns and quality risks, coordinate with stakeholders internationally in a fully remote workflow, and validate fixes through structured retesting, with hands-on experience in Jira, GitLab, Trello, and Business Central.
