At Grupo Tical, I direct regional land operations, coordinate day-to-day operations, and track performance. Before that, at DHL Global Forwarding, I managed local distribution operations across the Americas and implemented strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
At DHL, I developed the COLPAL account across six Central American countries, implemented real-time performance indicators for Lenovo in Argentina, Colombia, and Peru, and met local distribution objectives and budgets for more than 15 consecutive years. Earlier, I standardized distribution processes and achieved operational savings, including an 85% reduction in overtime as Head of Local Distribution Operations.
