What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a full-time role in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.

At JioStar, I sourced and screened candidates across diverse non-technical functions and coordinated recruitment using Lever ATS and Workday. Across JioStar, NeoSOFT Technologies, and Manek Consulting, I contributed to 8+ hires.

I managed interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and recruitment tracking, including dashboards for KPIs, turnaround time, and pipeline progress. I also supported bulk hiring drives and maintained active candidate records.

At JioStar, I supported onboarding and joining formalities, maintained audit-ready candidate and employee records, and contributed to a project on SOPs for international hiring and PwD recruitment.

Before moving into talent acquisition, I worked in administrative and HR support at Viva College of Arts, Commerce and Science, maintaining attendance and personnel records and processing PF and joining documentation. I’m seeking a full-time role in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
