At Tollanis Solutions, I lead client success strategy for an AI-powered voice and chat agent platform, helping automate customer communications as our AI Agent handles over 60% of calls. I own the lifecycle from solution design and sales through implementation, adoption, and long-term success across AI automation, contact center operations, managed IT services, and support solutions.

Previously, I managed enterprise communication and contact center relationships at Tollanis and led a nine-person Guest Services, Front Desk, and In-House Marketing team at Travel + Leisure, maintaining one of the organization’s highest marketing conversion rates.
