Took over as PM mid-programme for SYNC Spring, consolidating scattered workstreams into one tracker of 68 tasks. Continued as PM through SYNC '26, a 2,000-attendee tech conference, and built and launched the conference website.

Scope, build and hand over digital systems for SME clients across the UAE, Lebanon and France, each run with a written scope, milestone plan, weekly status updates and sign-off at handover.

Designed and shipped an EN/AR CRM for GCC real estate brokers end to end, including requirements, architecture, build and deployment on Azure. Ran QA and regression cycles and secured $100K in Azure credits via Microsoft for Startups.

Coordinated launch and partner onboarding for a decentralised storage app across engineering, marketing and external partners as it grew past 1M users. Managed partner relationships and joint activations with Filecoin Foundation, TON Foundation, Animoca Brands and Bybit.

Ran engagement programmes for a 500K+ member global community across several channels. Produced and hosted a technical interview podcast, translating infrastructure topics for non-technical audiences.

Worked in business development and personal branding at SVN Capital.

Built a MENA tech media community to 10,000+ members and produced 50+ events for 2,500+ attendees. Won Best FinTech Startup at ProjectSet University Entrepreneurship Competition.

Moderated social media for Metallicus.

Managed public relations and community, including brand crisis response.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a dissertation on Technology's Role in Syria's Post-War Economic Recovery, covering FDI flows, tech startup formation, and digital infrastructure.
