I’m a technology-driven Project Manager with 3+ years of experience delivering complex projects from planning through live deployment. I coordinate timelines, budgets, costing, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, with hands-on hardware–software integration and a strong focus on stakeholder-focused outcomes.

In my current role, I lead end-to-end project management for technology-driven deployments—owning project schedules, budgets, resource coordination, and delivery milestones as the primary client point of contact. I’ve supported multiple concurrent, on-site initiatives by managing requirements gathering, documentation, risk/issue/change, and live execution support, including townhall and customer-facing platform deployments where setup, testing, quality assurance, and operational handover were critical to reliable delivery.
