I am a self-starting and personable hospitality professional with over 10 years of experience in the hotel industry, including more than 8 years dedicated to lifestyle and boutique brands. Currently, I serve as the General Manager at Tandem Hospitality Group, where I lead a team of 75 teammates in overseeing the operations of a 120-room boutique hotel. My focus is on maximizing guest experiences and profitability while developing business strategies that achieve revenue goals and improve gross operating profit. I am passionate about teammate training and development, as well as driving marketing and sales campaigns to increase occupancy.

Previously, I held the position of Chief Operations Officer at On Tap Tours, where I maintained high levels of guest satisfaction and coordinated event details to ensure seamless experiences. My role as Director of Food and Beverage at 21c Museum Hotel further honed my skills in recruitment, budget management, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
