What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to lead technology and cyber recovery projects, coordinate technical teams, manage customer-facing delivery, and apply my infrastructure, support, and cybersecurity background.

At OpenStor, I lead Cyber Recovery projects alongside Dell Project Managers, coordinating technical teams, restoration tests, schedules, deliverables, risks, and customer follow-up.

Previously at Prosperoware / Litera, I supported cloud application users through calls, video calls, and tickets while coordinating teams, maintaining support documentation, scheduling work, and reporting service performance through Zendesk and Salesforce.

My background also includes IT administration at Alpha Puebla and high-availability infrastructure administration for supercomputing services at Laboratorio Nacional de Supercomputo del Sureste de México. I bring hands-on experience with servers, storage, backups, networks, security, monitoring, and technical customer support.
