I'm looking to lead software delivery, digital transformation, and technology portfolios where I can align distributed teams, manage complex dependencies and fixed deadlines, and translate technical progress into measurable business outcomes.

I've led software delivery and digital transformation programs at Solventum, 3M, Saudi Aramco, Huawei, Intel, and IBM across Latin America and the United States.

At Solventum, I led major AI, ERP, CRM, and data analytics initiatives, built more than 200 executive Power BI dashboards, delivered 44 financial and portfolio change projects, and increased portfolio cash flow from $96 million to $200 million.

I bring hands-on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, risk management, vendor coordination, and portfolio governance experience, translating complex technical work into clear decisions for executives and clients.
