What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead IT services, infrastructure, and project portfolios where I can improve service levels, manage budgets and teams, and deliver technology solutions aligned with business needs.

I've led IT services and infrastructure initiatives for Iron Mountain, KPMG Technology Services America, Magneti Marelli, Gunderson-GIMSA, and Teksid Hierro de Mexico. I manage annual IT budgets, networks, data centers, helpdesk performance, infrastructure growth, project risks, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

My work has delivered Power BI project-management dashboards, cloud CRM and financial-module migrations, data-center upgrades, ERP migration producing $150,000 USD in annual savings, and a 400-camera CCTV deployment. I bring more than 20 years developing IT teams and more than 15 years managing infrastructure and software projects across multinational environments.
