What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can lead IT operations, cloud migration, identity management, technical projects, and user support while improving security, documentation, and technology adoption.

I've supported IT operations at Jewish Federation of Greater Vancouver, resolving Tier 2/3 issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, hardware, and business applications.

I led an organization-wide Microsoft 365 migration and supported on-premises-to-cloud transitions while maintaining reliable operations. I also administered identity services, user lifecycle management, Group Policy, access controls, and enterprise server environments.

Previously, I developed and maintained software systems at Kwantlen Polytechnic University and built a full-stack inventory and asset management application using Python, JavaScript, MySQL, and REST APIs. I now deliver online IT training and technical guidance through NAHEL Education & Vocational Institute.
