At Toronto Metropolitan University’s School of Medicine, I provide enterprise-level technical support for faculty, staff, and academic operations. I support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, Windows systems, and networking.
At iTechSkills Academy, which I founded, I designed and administered technology environments for training, certification, testing, and business operations. I also manage infrastructure planning, procurement, vendor relationships, and disaster recovery initiatives.
At Philopateer Christian College, I administered Windows Server and network infrastructure, migrated services to Microsoft Office 365, and provided Tier 2/3 support. I’m currently pursuing a certificate in Cybersecurity, Data Protection and Digital Forensics through Toronto Metropolitan University.
