What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue resolving application and system issues, managing incidents within SLAs, collaborating with technical teams, and building my skills in technical support, troubleshooting, SQL, and software development.

I'm supporting end users at iT GURUS SOFTWARE by diagnosing software, application, configuration, and system issues through remote, email, and phone support. I manage tickets and incidents, analyze logs, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot SQL and database issues, and document resolutions within SLA requirements.

I've also managed end-to-end recruitment at AYKA COMMUNICATION and am building Kickoff Manager, a web-based tournament management platform with automated fixtures, standings, qualification, and knockout progression. My hands-on work spans JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, SQL, embedded systems, and hardware projects including accident detection, Bluetooth audio, and mobile signal detection.
