What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to IT operations through troubleshooting, Windows support, documentation, and efficient user assistance while continuously expanding my technical expertise.

I've supported day-to-day IT operations at Heatcodes, assisting users with software installation, troubleshooting, Windows application configuration, and system settings.

I document technical issues, resolve basic support requests, and collaborate with teams to deliver efficient user support. My hands-on work includes Windows system configuration, software updates, optimization, and troubleshooting.

Alongside technical support, I've led college event planning and execution for three consecutive years at the University of Delhi. I coordinate teams, logistics, and stakeholder communication while ensuring smooth operations.

I'm continuing to build my technical expertise through Microsoft IT Support Specialist and Google Artificial Intelligence certifications, with particular interest in troubleshooting, documentation, networking fundamentals, and Active Directory.
