At Revolut, I own products across UK payments, including BACS, CASS, SEPA VoP and UK CoP. I led the UK CASS launch two months ahead of plan, enabling around 10,000 customer switches per month.

I own the UK BACS rail, which processes around 100,000 transactions daily. I designed automated reconciliation and matching logic that eliminated manual reversal reconciliations and reduced operational effort by around 30%.

Previously, at Deloitte USI, I developed payment rationalization and modernization work, and at Oracle Financial Services I designed banking UI and service modules. Across these roles, I’ve worked on payment products, banking technology and strategy and operations.
