I'm looking to contribute my technical knowledge and personal skills in an organization where I can support organizational goals while continuing my professional growth.

At TATA Communications, I monitor and troubleshoot transmission media and network incidents for global customers including Verizon, AT&T, NTT, BT, Vodafone, Airtel, and Telstra. I have worked with SDH, PDH, GVPN, ILL, NDE, and IPL circuits, verifying and resolving client-reported transmission faults.

In the NOC, I manage Tejas device issues involving MUX reachability, cards, OSPF, and BGP; coordinate vendors and partners; dispatch technicians; and route unresolved incidents to Tier 2 Support. I bring hands-on experience with network devices, ServiceNow, Cramer, PuTTY, VMware, routing, and switching.
