What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a marketing role where I can use campaign data, research, content strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer journeys and support measurable growth.

At Security Service Federal Credit Union, I built reporting frameworks, year-over-year email benchmarks, campaign retrospectives, and forecasts to improve campaign and lifecycle performance.

I researched the organization’s SMS implementation, gathering requirements, legal considerations, timelines, training resources, opt-in opportunities, and future campaign maps with internal teams and Salesforce partners. I also developed product campaign and content-strategy maps and presented a product acquisition strategy to creative leadership and senior management.

Previously, at Mented Cosmetics, I managed, edited, and scheduled YouTube and TikTok content while organizing marketing data to support company insight. I bring communication, strategic thinking, content curation, project management, and detail-oriented problem-solving to marketing work.
