What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level IT support or infrastructure role where I can deliver Level 1 troubleshooting, manage assets, support Windows/Active Directory migrations, and deepen my skills in network security and incident prevention.

I’m a dedicated, detail-oriented IT graduate with a strong foundation in networking, system support, and intrusion detection, built through hands-on internships in both healthcare and logistics environments.

In my IT Infrastructure Intern role at St Luke’s Hospital, I managed hardware asset lifecycles for a PC refresh project, supported Level 1 technical support, and handled Windows 10 to 11 migrations, laptop reimaging, and Active Directory management.

I also supported endpoint security with antivirus patching and vulnerability scans, set up encrypted thumb drives, and assisted with VPN setups and application updates (Outlook/Teams).

Previously, as a Security Intern at DB Schenker, I implemented and managed a security CCTV system and access control, led a mini project using Microsoft Forms for visitor entry/exit, and collaborated with clients during on-site visits to address warehouse security queries under supervision.
