What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level IT Support, NOC, or Junior Network Engineer role where I can apply Cisco networking, cloud security, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

I'm building a career in network engineering through Cisco networking training, cloud security labs, and hands-on monitoring work with Microsoft Azure and Sentinel.

At Avanta Global, I resolve customer inquiries and support requests through online channels, guide clients through enrollment, and maintain operational records. I also created step-by-step registration guides that improved onboarding and reduced repetitive front-desk support requests.

Previously at One Click Solutions, I kept four major projects on schedule, supported IT and cybersecurity teams with task tracking and vendor-tool reviews, and managed interns across three WordPress website projects.

My foundation includes routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS, ACLs, troubleshooting, Cisco IOS CLI, Wireshark, Azure, and Microsoft Sentinel. In my home lab, I used Log Analytics and Sentinel to review Windows security logs and visualize RDP login attempts.
